Kids love this product. It is an interesting alternative to traditional white wheat bread. It is made of sifted flour but only kamut. In addition, its brioche texture gives it a special charm. To our knowledge, there is no substitute on the market.

This product is similar to its big brother, the integral kamut, but obviously is not as interesting from a nutritional point of view. However, it is enriched with vitamin C.

Ingredients:

Unbleached kamut wheat flour*, water, kamut sourdough* (stone ground whole kamut wheat flour*, water), sunflower oil*, cane sugar*, apple cider vinegar*, sea salt, fresh yeast , ascorbic acid (vitamin c).
